Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service provider situated in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Water Treatment Engineer to be based across a commercial high-end residential contract in London covering seven sites, the majority of these sites are in the Canary Wharf area and one in South West London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in water treatment ideally with some plumbing experience. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000, overtime and further training.
Package & Working hours
- Up to £55,000
- £160 a month travel allowance
- Overtime available
- Monday to Friday 08:00 am - 17:00 pm
- Travel paid between sites
- 25 days holiday + Bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Domestic samples
- Closed system samples
- BCW tank clean and disinfections
- Sample remedial action
- Disinfecting mains water pipes and hot & cold water systems when the need arises
- Working with chemicals such as chemical dosing
- Surveys on hot and cold water systems
- Basic Plumbing
- Repairing pipework and leaks
- Small plumbing jobs such as dead leg removal
- Carry out general building maintenance
Requirements
- City and Guilds in Plumbing
- City and Guilds in Water Treatment
- City and Guilds Legionella control within hot and cold water systems
- Demonstrate previous experience in water system remediation/maintenance works
- Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material
- Fully trained and knowledgeable
