Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Buildings – London  – Up to £45,000 + Package\\n\\nCBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance on a commercial contract covering sites across London with key sites in Kings Cross, Peckham, Stratford, and Elephant & Castle\\n\\n The successful candidate will have an understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mechanical Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position. In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £45,000 with a potential route into further career progression.\\n\\n Package & working hours\\n\\nA basic salary of up to £45,000\\nMonday- Friday 08:00-17:00\\nTons of Overtime\\n25 days holiday + Bank Holidays\\nVan & Fuel Card\\nCompany Pension Scheme\\nExcellent career progression opportunitiesKey Duties & Responsibilities\\n\\nMonitor mechanical plant\\nPumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings\\nAir Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)\\nWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)\\nPlumbing – Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc\\nMonitor the BMS systems.\\nBasic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)\\nGeneral building fabric\\nEscort specialist subcontractors\\nMaintain and update Log books\\nUndertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.\\nBe proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.\\nBe proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.\\nMaintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.\\nReport service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.\\nBe fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.\\nRequirements\\n\\nMechanically qualified level 2 (C&G, NVQ etc)\\nA proven track record in commercial building maintenance\\nMulti-skilled\\nGood communication skills\\nClient Facing\\nPrevious experience of performing a Building Services Engineer role\\nMust be able to work unsupervised to a high qualityPlease send your CV to Alex Denton of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on the role
