Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider situated in London. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of high-standard building services within a commercial, occupied environment, ensuring both planned and reactive work is delivered efficiently and to the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is an “off the tools” position, focusing on supervision, compliance, and contract support rather than hands-on maintenance. A key part of the role will involve reviewing and approving RAMS, issuing permits to work, managing compliance documentation, and ensuring all activities align with site procedures and safe systems of work. You will also be responsible for attending client meetings, producing reports, monitoring KPIs/SLAs, and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders.

  • Produce reports, track KPIs/SLAs, and support contract performance reviews
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to ensure high levels of service delivery
