Maintenance Electrician We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our clients team within the Facilities Management (FM) sector. The role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial properties. ● Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 per annum ● Hours: 40 hours per week ● Key Responsibilities: ○ Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems. ○ Fault finding, testing, and diagnostics. ○ Ensure compliance with electrical standards and health and safety regulations. ● Qualifications: ○ NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation. ○ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. ○ Testing and Inspection (2391 or equivalent) preferred.
