CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Senior Maintenance Engineer to be based on a commercial office in Moorgate, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to step up in their career. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm (Must be flexible to cover the hours of 06:00 am - 15:00 pm / 13:00 pm - 22:00 pm where needed)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water flushing / temp checks logs
- Boosted water pumps
- Fire damper maintenance
- Attending Client meeting
- General PPMs
- Control of sub-contractors
- Permit to work system
- Maintaining Site logbooks
Requirements
- Electrically qualified - Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds - 18th Edition
- Have good understanding of HVAC equipment
- Job logic experience (Preferred)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
