My client is looking for a Maintenance Plumber to be based in an iconic & beautiful heritage site in the Borough of Richmond.
The successful candidates will be plumbing / mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Working with the maintenance team on site, he or she will have experience carrying out mechanical, plumbing, HVAC & fabric duties.
In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to £38,000, further training and career progression.

- LTHW plant
- Heating systems and controls
- Calorifiers ad Hot Water systems
- Mains Cold Water systems
- Environmental computer-controlled systems (BMS)
- Water softening plant
- RO plant
- Pumping systems
- Plumbing maintenance and installation
- Borehole systems
- Hours of work
- Monday to Friday - Week 1 08:00 - 16:00, Week 2 09:00 - 17:00. Week 3 10:00 - 18:00
- 1 in 3 weekend cover (2 days off in the week that week)
- 36 hour week
