You’ll carry out reactive repairs to building fabric with a focus on plumbing, sanitaryware replacements, and general maintenance to keep the site safe and functional.
This hands-on role offers a competitive salary up to £35,000, 40-hour week (Mon-Fri), on-call rota, training, progression opportunities, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
