CBW is currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning / HVAC Maintenance Engineer to work on a Van mobile basis across London.
This role is ideal for a mechanically biased engineer with a strong HVAC background who enjoys working across a varied commercial portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a wide range of mechanical and HVAC plant, with a particular focus on Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs) and associated air conditioning equipment.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to 50,000, a van and fuel card, paid overtime, ongoing training and genuine opportunities for career progression.
Salary 50,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications).
Van and Fuel Card provided Paid overtime available. 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
