Mobile Carpenter – Commercial Portfolio – East London & London – £39,000 per annum + Package CBW is currently recruiting for a mobile carpenter to look after a mixed portfolio of buildings across London with a focus on the East London area for a leading FM Service Provider. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, and career progression. Hours of work & Package Basic Salary of up to £39,000 Monday to Friday – 08:00am to 17:00pm – 40 hour week Paid travel time after 30 mins each way Call out 1 in 6, £150 standby allowance 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company van with private use given Private pension Private healthcare Optional private dental Key Responsibilities Painting & Decorating Basic lighting Carpentry and plumbing Fixing Furniture Hanging Pictures & Shelves Maintain and update Log books Assist the maintenance team on site Escort sub-contractors To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.Requirements Level 2 in Carpentry or equivalent Be able to obtain a DBS Sound level of administration and organisational skills General Building Maintenance Multi-Skilled Work overtime when requiredPlease send your CV to Alex Denton of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this role
