Mechanical Maintenance / Plumbing Engineer - FM Service Provider situated in Charing Cross, London. A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider. The successful candidate will be Mechanical / plumbing biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, the candidate will be required to carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance to the following:

  • Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
  • Emergency lighting
  • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) LTHW DHWS CHW

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

Package: Up to £42,000, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, Overtime available, Company pension.

Requirements:

  • Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
  • A proven track record in Building Maintenance
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Leadership & Management skills
  • Previous experience in healthcare is highly desirable
