A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider situated in Liverpool Street, London. CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building in Liverpool Street, London. The successful candidate will be mechanical/plumbing biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Responsibilities Working with the maintenance team on-site, carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance to the following.
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Emergency lighting
Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
Plumbing – Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
LTHW
DHWS
CHW
Hours Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
Package / Benefits Up to £43,000
22 days holiday plus bank holidays
Overtime available
Company pension
Requirements Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
A proven track record in Building Maintenance
Good Communication Skills
Good Leadership & Management skills
Previous experience in healthcare is highly desirable
