Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider – Victoria – £57,000 per annum
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor on behalf of a leading facilities management and maintenance provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the industry\’s most respected names, working on a key commercial contract.
Our client specialises in the operation, maintenance, and repair of building services and is recognised for their expertise in managing technically demanding, high-profile environments.
They are seeking an experienced supervisor with a strong technical background and a proven track record within commercial building services. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing both people and processes, ensuring all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance are delivered to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all planned and reactive maintenance activity
- Lead and support a team of multi-skilled engineers
- Ensure health & safety compliance and all documentation is completed correctly
- Maintain high standards across plant rooms and technical areas
- Deliver reactive maintenance in line with contract requirements
- Manage and deliver small works and improvement projects
- Attend client meetings and provide clear updates
- Oversee contractors and ensure quality and compliance
Package
- Salary: £57,000 per annum
- 25 days\’ holiday
- Private healthcare
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Candidate Requirements
- Fully qualified to a recognised electrical or mechanical standard (e.g., HNC/HND or City & Guilds)
- Experience supervising and running a commercial building
- Strong financial awareness with ability to manage budgets and costs
- Demonstrable experience delivering both planned and reactive maintenance
