Site Maintenance Manager – Canary Wharf – Landmark building – 60k\\n\\n One of the well known companies in the FM and Maintenance industry is currently looking to recruit a Site Maintenance Manager to work on one of their key contracts based in the Canary Wharf.   \\n\\n As a company, they provide specialist support in the operation, maintenance and repair of building services, and excel in the maintenance of technically demanding blue chip and critical buildings across the South East and London \\n\\nThe ideal candidate will have previously worked within a high profile residential environment and will understand the demands required to maintain it to a desired level.  \\n\\nCandidates must have a strong technical understanding, especially electrically and must also be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the commercial building services environment.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to work for a progressive company, which offers great career opportunities. \\n\\nOther objectives include but are not limited to the following:\\n\\nOrganise and manage all planned and reactive maintenance.\\nManage a team of multi-skilled engineers.\\nEnsure health and safety is adhered to and all paperwork is complete to correct standards.\\nMaintain cleanliness of plant rooms.\\nEnsure reactive maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the contract.\\nManage minor improvements.\\nAttend client meetings.\\nManage contractors.Package includes:\\nSalary 60k\\n25 days holiday\\nPrivate healthcare\\nPensionApplicants for the role must be able to meet the following criteria:\\n\\nFully qualified to recognised electrical or mechanical standard (HNC, HNC C&G)\\nPrevious experience of supervising and running a high end residential  building.\\nKnowledge of working with a budget and knowing how to manage costs.\\nPrevious experience of planned and reactive maintenance.\\nExperience of working in a building services environment
