CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Facilities Administrator for an established FM provider in Maidstone.

The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, permanent and offers up to Β£28,000 per annum.

You will support day-to-day facilities operations, manage the FM Helpdesk, schedule maintenance, raise POs, and input data into CAFM systems, ensuring SLAs are met.

Driving on-site parking is required.
