Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - London - £40,000

An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider on a mobile basis covering tenanted areas of a number of commercial office's in Central London (London, Wimbledon and Maidenhead). The successful candidates will be electrically qualified and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working alongside the maintenance teams on site, He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across tenanted areas for multiple clients.
This role is 1 day a week in Maidenhead, 3.5 days a week in Central London and 0.5 Days a week in Wimbledon, the days are set and you will have the same rota every week.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm

- Emergency lighting tests
- Air Handling Unit’s

- Cold Water systems
- Heating and Ventilation systems
- Fan Coil Units
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- Attend client meetings if required
- Ensure site log books are kept up to date
Requirements
- Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
- City & Guilds - 17th / 18th Edition
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
