Mobile Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Mobile (London & M25) - Up to £45,000
Are you a Mobile Engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you want to be mobile in London? Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London & M25. CBW are currently looking for 2 x Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 10-15 commercial buildings located in London & M25. The successful candidates will be mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This is a Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where they will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Weekly Fire Alarm Tests and log
- Weekly AOV test and Log
- L8 water hygiene monitoring
- Fan Coil Unit servicing
- HIU/CIU servicing (Training will be given)
- AHU servicing
- MVHR servicing
- Weekly/Monthly Generator test and log
- Weekly CHP Checks and log
- Monthly Car Park smoke ventilation test and log
- Monthly/Annual Emergency Lighting test and log
- Supervision of Sub Contractors
- Assist with preparation of Quotations for remedial works
- Be available for duty call out cover, on a Rota basis (currently 1 in 8)
Hours of work
Monday to Friday Hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm
Requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- An understanding of commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
