Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Building - Moorgate, London - £42,500
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Moorgate, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance. The company is offering a competitive salary of £42,500, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 07:00 am to 16:00 pm or 09:00 am to 18:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
- Monitor the BMS systems
- Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements
- Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
