The site includes two recording studios, a cafe/performance space in the atrium, and a reception area used for artist showcases. The site offers bars for socialising after work, a restaurant for you to eat great food and refuel for the day. The building has 6 floors.
The successful candidate can be electrically or mechanically qualified with a proven track record in commercial/residential building maintenance.
