Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated near Hammersmith, West London. The successful candidate will be a qualified HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Finding and fixing faults
  • Planning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels
  • Installing HVAC components
  • Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely
  • Providing technical support to engineers on site

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday (40-hour week) 08:00am – 17:00pm

Package:

  • Up to £45,000 per annum
  • Overtime available
  • 25 days holiday + BH
  • Company Pension

Requirements:

  • Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualifications
  • Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • F - Gas 2079
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Experience with working with VRVs, Split units, Chillers and AHUs
  • Not necessary but advantages would also be having experience with wet systems, radiators, boilers and pipework diagnostic and repairs.
