CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Helpdesk Team Leader on behalf of a leading maintenance provider based in East London. Role Overview:
As a Helpdesk Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Facilities and Maintenance Helpdesk Team. You will be responsible for coordinating engineer schedules, managing internal systems, handling client communications, and processing financial documents such as purchase orders and quotations.
