A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Canary Wharf. CBW is currently looking for 4 Electrical Shift Engineers in a critical law firm located in Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will be electrically biased (NVQ, C&G, 18th Edition etc) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, they will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance.
The commercial building has approximately 675,000 sq ft, spread across a total of 28 floors, and all within walking distance to major transportation hubs, which include: Canary Wharf Station (Elizabeth Line), Canary Wharf (Jubilee Line), South Quay Station, etc, all within a 10-minute walk from the commercial building. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £56,080 (inclusive of allowances) with great opportunities for further training and career progression, including LV & HV AP training.
Hours of work:
Continental Shift Pattern - Days & Nights – 07:00 am to 19:00 pm & 19:00 pm to 07:00 am
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers - Re-set
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water Treatment
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
Package:
- Up to £50,300 + 10% Shift Allowance (£55,330)
- HVAP Allowance - £750 (Total including HV - £56,080)
- 23.5 days shift holiday
