Exciting opportunity to join a privately owned FM service provider based in London. CBW is currently recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a mixed-use residential building providing a selection of beautiful apartments as well as independent coffee shops, cafes and restaurants. As the on-site Lead / Supervisor, you will ensure all maintenance and compliance standards are met while supporting a critical operation with minimal downtime. Balancing your time between looking after a team of 3/4 engineers you will also carry out hands-on PPM & reactive maintenance as and when required.
Hours for work: Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 17:00pm NO CALL OUT
Key duties & responsibilities:- Serve as the primary on-site contact for all client liaison, ensuring a professional and responsive service is consistently delivered.
- Oversee the completion of all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities in line with schedules and compliance standards.
- Coordinate and close out actions from audits, client meetings, and site inspections in a timely manner.
- Compile and submit monthly performance reports and updates as required.
- Review and sign off all job sheets for clarity and accuracy.
