Leading FM Service Provider in Central London is looking to recruit a Contract Manager to work across a portfolio of commercial contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, providing first-class customer service while managing and motivating maintenance teams.

The role involves:

  • Reporting directly to the Area General Manager.
  • Managing and growing a small portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8-5, with the option to work from home as needed.

Main duties include:

  • Ensuring client satisfaction levels are consistently high, leading to contract development.
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the contract for internal monthly review meetings.
  • Meeting contractual KPIs/SLAs.
  • Attending strategic contractual/operational meetings with clients as required.
  • Ensuring timely completion of all reactive and PPM works orders.
  • Providing leadership and management to the site team.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Recognised apprenticeship and fully electrically or mechanically qualified (e.g., C&G, HNC/HND).
  • Proven experience in managing multi-site businesses.
  • Financial understanding including P&L and budgets.
  • Ability to prioritise and solve problems under pressure with innovative solutions.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
