Assistant Site Manager Cover - Kirkcaldy - £24 Per Hour DOE
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for an immediate start on a commercial site in Kirkcaldy, providing holiday cover for a concrete repairs programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive construction professional to support the smooth running of site operations over an initial period of approximately four weeks, with the potential for a permanent position within the company for the right candidate.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Rate: £24 per hour (CIS)
Duration: Approximately 4 weeks, with potential for a permanent opportunity
Key Responsibilities: Assist with the day-to-day management of site operations.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work progresses efficiently.
Monitor site health and safety compliance.
Support the delivery of the concrete repairs programme.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and site organisation.
Requirements: Valid SSSTS certificate (minimum requirement).
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures.
Good communication, organisational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
Relevant CSCS card.
