Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - No Callout - Commercial Estate - Ipswich - Up to £45,000 + Package Exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in a commercial environment in Ipswich. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a static site, delivering both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across all building services. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a strong background in commercial building maintenance and a good understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:00 am – 17:00 pmKey Duties & Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and fabric systems Perform electrical maintenance including lighting installations, lamping, ballast changes, and fault finding Carry out emergency lighting testing and maintenance Monitor and operate BMS systems, including temperature checks (hot & cold) Maintain control panels and power distribution systems Carry out basic plumbing duties including unblocking toilets and minor repairs Maintain pumps, motors, and associated plant equipment Ensure all compliance checks and logbooks are completed and kept up to date Diagnose faults and proactively resolve issues across building services equipment Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures Maintain clear communication with client staff and report any service-related issues Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors on site Remain flexible and assist with additional tasks within skill set when requiredPackage: Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Van for driving between sites (Not for commuting to & from home) No callout Overtime 25 days holiday + bank holidays Company pension scheme Training and development opportunities Excellent career progressionRequirements: Electrically qualified – City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled across electrical, mechanical, and general building services Strong communication and client-facing skills Must be able to provide copies of trade certificatesPlease send your CV to Archie Reed at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information and to avoid missing out on this opportunity
