Junior Air Conditioning Engineer – Gateshead – Global Facilities Management Organisation: Manufacturing
Package
- Competitive salary between £37,500 per annum (depending on experience)
- Core hours are Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
- Participation in an \’out of hours\’ on call rota (to be confirmed)

Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on air conditioning systems
- Diagnosing and resolving faults on HVAC equipment
- Carry out routine checks, inspections and monitoring of plant performance
- Maintain accurate service records and complete work reports
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site standards at all times
- Work closely with the facilities team to support wider building services requirements as needed
