Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage calls in support of sales and service activities, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and any issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Plan and schedule engineers’ daily workloads in a logical, cost-effective, and timely manner.
  • Assign and distribute jobs to engineers, escalating ongoing issues where necessary.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, engineers, and colleagues to ensure work is completed to the required standard.
  • Support general administrative duties, including record-keeping, reporting, and updating job management systems.
  • Monitor workloads and proactively plan ahead to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
