This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and well-regarded FM company, working on a commercial estate of buildings near Chesterford as part of a close-knit, experienced maintenance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site, carrying out a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to a multi-skilled engineer who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in maintaining high standards across a busy commercial environment. The role offers genuine long-term stability, a supportive team environment, and the chance to broaden your skill set further within a well-established FM contract.
