Water Treatment Engineer – FM Service Provider – Foot Mobile – Commercial Building – London – Up to £40,000\\n\\nExciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service provider situated in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Water Treatment Engineer to be based across a commercial contract in London with key sites in Kings Cross, Stratford, Peckham and Elephant & Castle. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in water treatment ideally with some plumbing experience.
In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000, overtime and further training.\\n\\n Package & Working hours\\n\\nUp to £40,000\\nMonday to Friday 08:00 am – 17:00 pm\\nTravel paid between sites\\n25 days holiday + Bank holidays\\nFurther training\\nCompany pension\\n Key Responsibilities\\n\\nTmv Servicing \\nChilled Water systems\\nWater flushing\\nDisinfecting mains water pipes and hot & cold water systems when the need arises\\nWorking with chemicals such as chemical dosing\\nSurveys on hot and cold water systems\\nBasic Plumbing\\nRepairing pipework and leaks\\nSmall plumbing jobs such as dead leg removal\\nCarry out general building maintenance\\nRequirements\\n\\nCity and Guilds in Plumbing \\nCity and Guilds in Water Treatment \\nCity and Guilds Legionella control within hot and cold water systems \\nDemonstrate previous experience in water system remediation/maintenance works\\nDemonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material\\nFully trained and knowledgeIf you are interested in this role please contact Alex Denton from CBW Staffing Solutions
