Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London & M25. CBW are currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover in the region of circa 10-20 commercial buildings located in West & Central London (Twickenham, Hanwell, Wandsworth and Central London). The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This is a mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where they will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance across high-end residential estates and commercial offices.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training. The ideal candidate will live in the West Side of London due to the location of the sites.
Key duties & Responsibilities:
- Weekly Fire Alarm Tests and log
- Weekly AOV test and Log
- L8 water hygiene monitoring
- Fan Coil Unit servicing
- AHU servicing
- MVHR servicing
- Weekly/Monthly Generator test and log
- Weekly CHP Check
