Are you looking for a Mobile Commercial Gas Position? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a leading National Facilities Service Provider on a mobile basis covering Devon & Cornwall, working on a large retail contract.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial gas and/or HVAC & have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and live in the Devon or Cornwall regions but applications from all areas are welcome. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.
The company is offering a competitive salary of up to £44,000, depending on experience, with a potential route into further career progression.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 17:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for delivering services, repairs and maintenance throughout commercial properties.
- Reactive maintenance throughout clients' portfolio of properties.
- Self-delivery of smaller installations.
- Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.
- Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment.
- Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
- Reactive and planned commercial maintenance.
- Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Hold commercial gas tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1) or NVQ in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
- Electrical or Air Conditioning qualifications desirable (17th/18th Edition, Fgas).
- Client-facing.
- Full driving license.
