Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new challenge? Are you looking to break into a data centre contract? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an air conditioning engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a data centre contract. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
- Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs and VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
- Pressure leak tests
- Compressor changes
- Braising
- Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
- Extensive building services knowledge
Hours of Work & Package Information
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Up to £44,000
- Van & Fuel Card
- Tablet & Work Phone Provided
- Full company uniform
- Private use of Van
- Travel paid after 30 minutes each way

Requirements
- AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 F-Gas qualification (Essential)
- Electrical Knowledge (Preferred)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
