An exciting opportunity to join an established International FM service provider based in the North London has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a Fabric / Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building near Enfield Town Station.

The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of maintenance within this commercial office environment.

They will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position is ideal for a general maintenance Engineer who is keen on progression and has a technical background.

The company is offering a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum with potential route into further career progression and management.

This is a semi-static role where you will spend 2/3 days in Enfield and 2/3 days in London covering other sites.

  • General Maintenance
  • Building Fabrics
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
  • Emergency lighting & Fire alarm tests
  • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • BMS System - Monitor (i. e. Hot & Colds)
  • Water Treatment / Tap Temps
  • Site Cover When Required
  • Landlord Services Maintenance
  • Hours of Work
  • Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
  • Overtime available
  • 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Extra Day off for your Birthday
  • No Call out
  • Travel card provided

  • Trade qualifications desirable.
