An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based across London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a mixed portfolio of high-end residential and commercial sites (mainly commercial) located across London and Home Counties.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical, Mechanical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 17:00 pm, 1 in 14 Callout.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
Package:
- Up to £48,000
- 25 days holiday + Bank holidays

Requirements:
- Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
- 18th Edition (Required)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
