You will perform PPM, reactive fabric maintenance and a range of repairs across commercial properties, ensuring buildings stay safe and compliant.
The role requires carpentry, joinery, painting, plastering and basic plumbing, plus an independent work approach and a full UK driving licence.
You will document tasks in our maintenance system and liaise with clients to deliver excellent service.
