The position will offer the opportunity to manage either a prestigious trophy building or a mixed mobile portfolio, taking full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of Hard FM services. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Contract Manager with a proven background in commercial building maintenance, strong client-facing skills, and experience successfully managing engineering teams and service delivery. Working Hours Monday to Friday 08:00am 17:00pm Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Leading the day-to-day delivery of Hard FM services across either a prestigious commercial building or a mobile portfolio. Managing, supporting and developing engineering and supervisory teams.
