Leading FM Service Provider in Central London is looking to recruit a Contract Manager to work across a portfolio of commercial contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, providing first-class customer service while managing and motivating maintenance teams.
The role involves:
- Reporting directly to the Area General Manager.
- Managing and growing a small portfolio of commercial properties.
- Maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8-5, with the option to work from home as needed.
Main duties include:
- Ensuring client satisfaction levels are consistently high, leading to contract development.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of contracts and demonstrating this in internal monthly review meetings.
- Meeting contractual KPIs/SLAs.
- Attending strategic contractual/operational meetings with clients as required.
- Ensuring timely completion of all reactive and PPM works orders.
- Providing leadership and management to the site team.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Recognised apprenticeship and fully electrically or mechanically qualified (e.g., C&G, HNC/HND).
- Proven experience in managing multi-site businesses.
- Financial understanding, including P&L and budgets.
- Ability to prioritise and solve problems under pressure with innovative solutions.
- Strong team player committed to a quality and professional environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
