Commercial Plumber – North Ayrshire – Salary up to £35,000 DOE CBW are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a leading facilities management team. The role involves carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance, installations, and repairs across ONE commercial property, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and high standards of service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Carry out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance within commercial buildings. Install, repair, and maintain hot and cold water systems, drainage, and sanitary ware. Respond to urgent plumbing issues, diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions. Support compliance activities, including inspections, testing, and record-keeping. Work alongside other trades within the facilities team to deliver a safe and efficient service. Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety legislation and company procedures. Participate in an out-of-hours/on-call rota as required.Person Specification: NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Plumbing (or relevant qualification). Proven experience in commercial plumbing within facilities management or a similar environment. Knowledge of water regulations and building services compliance requirements. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
