The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing in facilities maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Undertake press-fit pipework and soldering. Remove and replace calorifiers and water heaters. Maintain, repair and replace pumps. Maintain and service pressurisation units.
