An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management (FM) service provider. This role involves overseeing electrical maintenance operations within a residential building environment. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of a single-person site, ensuring all planned and reactive electrical maintenance tasks are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for a technically strong individual who enjoys working independently while maintaining full operational oversight of the site.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Daily checks, planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems
- First response to electrical or system faults across the building
- Overseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical components, and general LV infrastructure
- Supporting wider facilities operations and escalating where necessary
- Coordinating with mobile support team and on-site contractors as needed
- Maintaining system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring close-out of all work orders
- Able to be on call (call out)
Requirements
- Electrically or Mechanical qualified – C&G Level 2 & 3
- Comfortable working solo on-site
- Proactive and able to problem-solve quickly
- Confident with automated systems and modern building tech
- Calm and professional in front of clients and end users
- Willing to assist in emergencies and flexible when required (rare, but supported)
