Exciting opportunity to work for a FM service provider based in a commercial property in Borehamwood. CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer for a temp to permanent position. The successful candidates will be electrically qualified with a proven track record working with building maintenance. In return, the company is offering an hourly rate of up to £25p/h.

Key duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • Pumps, motors
Hours of work / Shift Pattern / Rates:

08:00 - 17:00 Temp to perm Monday - Friday £25p/h Immediate start

Requirements:
  • Electrically qualified
  • City & Guilds - Level 2,3 and 18th edition
  • A proven track record in Building Maintenance
  • Good Leadership & Management skills
  • Safe systems of Work Procedure - PTW, RAMS experience
  • Health and safety and statutory compliance knowledge
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to develop excellent working relationships both internal and externally
  • Proven IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office
