CBW Staffing Solutions are working with a leading Facilities Management provider who are looking to appoint an experienced HVAC Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial contracts. You will manage engineering teams, drive performance and act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring all HVAC services are delivered to the highest standard.

This is a key position responsible for ensuring service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction across multiple sites in the North West and Yorkshire - this is a hybrid role, based out of the client’s HQ in Blackburn, Lancashire.

Package

  • Competitive salary between £52,000 - £54,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Company car or allowance
  • Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of HVAC maintenance and reactive services across multiple sites
  • Lead, develop and support a team of engineers and supervisors
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety and company procedures
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, attending review meetings and managing expectations
  • Oversee P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control
  • Drive SLA/KPI performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Manage subcontractors and supply chain performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Contract Manager or similar role within Facilities Management
  • Relevant Air Conditioning/Refrigeration qualifications (e.g. F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Strong technical background in HVAC (Air Conditioning/Refrigeration)
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial management experience
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Demonstrable experience managing large or multi-site contracts
  • Excellent leadership, communication and client facing skills
