Building Fabric Manager - Birmingham - Global Facilities Management Organisation: Healthcare
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently hiring for an experienced and motivated Building Fabric Manager for our facilities management client's healthcare contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building fabric, estates and facilities management, with the ability to lead maintenance delivery across a complex healthcare environment.
This is a site-based opportunity supporting a major healthcare estate in Birmingham , with responsibility for ensuring buildings and associated fabric services are maintained to a safe, compliant and high standard.
Package:
Competitive salary up to £59,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Core hours are Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Participation in an ‘out of hours' on call rota (to be confirmed)
25 days annual leave plus
