I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading maintenance company in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey, working at a large commercial building on behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks within large commercial premises.
My client is looking for 2 x Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineers with experience in critical building services to work on a high-profile building at Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey, carrying out maintenance.
Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off - 08:00am - 18:30pm
Requirements:
- Apprentice Trained Mechanical / Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or Equivalent
- Client Facing
- Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
- Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
- Navy Engineers Considered
Package:
- Basic Salary of up to £48,000
- 20 Days Annual leave
- Pension

- Internal and External Training courses
- Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into supervisors and above.
Duties:
- Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
- General building services tasks
- Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
- Knowledge of UPS, BMS, Chillers, Cooling plant, HV and LV systems
- Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
- Escorting Sub-contractors, Issuing permits / RAMS
