I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a large maintenance company in Marble Arch, Central London, at corporate commercial office buildings on behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.
My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services to work on a high-profile corporate office based in Marble Arch, Central London.
- 4 days on, 4 days off - Shift - 7am to 7pm
- Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
- Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
- 22 Days Annual leave
- Pension
- Internal and External Training courses
- Career progression - the engineer is expected to develop into supervisors and above.
- Electrical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
- General building services tasks
