Job Description Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Manufacturing Environment - Peterborough - Up to £35,000 + Package \n \nAn exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Peterborough has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a multi-skilled Mechanical Engineer based in a manufacturing environment. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.\n \n The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.\n \n \n A basic salary of up to £35,000 \n Plenty of overtime \n 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays \n Company Pension Scheme \n Excellent career progression opportunities \n Hours of work \n \n \n Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00 \n Key duties & Responsibilities \n \n \n Monitor mechanical plant \n Plumbing work (Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc) \n Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings \n Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) \n Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) \n Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc) \n General building fabric \n Escort specialist sub contractors \n Requirements \n \n \n Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 \n Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates \n A proven track record in commercial building maintenance \n Multi-skilled \n Good communication skills \n Client Facing \n Please send your CV to Archie Reed of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on the role ! \
