An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Chesterford, Essex.
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineerto be based in a commercial estate of buildings near Chesterford, Essex.
He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive Electrical maintenance alongside the maintenance team.
- Hours of work
- Monday - Friday , 8am - 5pm
- £45,000
- 25 Days Holiday
- Extra 1 Day off for Birthday
- Overtime available

Requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ - Electrical Level 3
- 17th or 18th Edition
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- An understanding of the following is essential: L8 Water treatment, Pumps, Air Handling units
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer skills
Electrical duties
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
- AHUs/FCUs filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
- Pumps
- PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
- Motors
- PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
- Water treatment dipslides, p H & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
- Water pressurization units
- Chlorifiers annual inspection, descaling
- Condensers, Condenser Returns
- Cooling towers
- Softeners
- Boilers re-sets
- Chillers re-sets, 1st Line faults
