A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Technical Services Manager to join a leading facilities management service provider, overseeing a portfolio of high-end retail stores across Central and West London. The role offers a great mix of technical responsibility, client engagement, and team leadership within an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of all technical and maintenance services across multiple premium retail sites.
  • Manage and support on-site engineering teams, ensuring all reactive and planned works are completed to a high standard.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety, and environmental standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
  • Provide technical guidance and act as the point of escalation for complex maintenance issues.
  • Produce reports, manage budgets, and support contract performance reviews.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service across all locations.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (C&G, HNC, HND, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record in technical facilities management, ideally within a retail or multi-site environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing engineering teams and contractors.
  • Good understanding of building services systems (BMS, HVAC, lighting, etc.).
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively across multiple locations.
