Maintenance Supervisor FM Service Provider Tottenham Court Road £55,000 per annumCBW is currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading FM service provider at a prestigious stand-alone commercial building near Tottenham Court Road. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a strong background in commercial building maintenance and previous experience supervising an engineering team. You will oversee the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring the building operates safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while maintaining excellent compliance and service delivery.
Hours of WorkMonday to Friday, 08:00am 17:00pmKey Duties & ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of a prestigious stand-alone commercial buildingCarry out and oversee all PPM and reactive maintenance, ensuring works are completed to a high standardProvide a strong electrical presence on site, fault finding and resolving electrical issues as requiredManage and coordinate specialist subcontractors attending the buildingReview RAMS and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with site proceduresIssue and manage Permits to Work and maintain safe systems of workEnsure CAFM systems, logbooks and maintenance records are kept accurate and up to dateMaintain high standards of Health & Safety, statutory compliance and site documentationMonitor plant and building services, identifying faults and arranging remedial works where requiredBuild and maintain a strong working relationship with the client and building occupantsAssist with quotations, additional works and minor projectsMonitor and manage specialist service providers to ensure works are completed correctly and on timeSupport the Contract Manager with reporting, KPIs, SLAs and overall contract performanceRequirementsElectrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent)Previous supervisory or lead experience within FM/building servicesStrong understanding of RAMS, permits to work, and compliance processesExperience using CAFM systems and producing reportsGood knowledge of commercial building services (HVAC, electrical, etc.)Please send your CV to Katie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
