Shift-Based Fabric Engineer – Birmingham – Global Facilities Management Organisation: FMCG CBW Staffing Solutions are looking for two experienced and qualified Fabric Engineers to join our client's on-site facilities team based in Birmingham. You'll be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across the building fabric, including general building repairs, plumbing and sanitaryware replacements, minor joinery, decoration and small-scale groundworks. You'll also undertake repointing, paving repairs, fence maintenance and assist with office or desk moves when required. This is a varied, hands-on role within a busy FMCG environment, ensuring the site remains safe, fully operational and well maintained. We have two opportunities available, working a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, 10am–10pm.
